she has been selfless & unselfish to her loved ones all this time
prioritizing other people's needs above her own
after the break up w her long time beau, she learned the importance of family
that has been her priority for the past year and a half
she has learned to love herself first.
on her birthday her mom wished for her to finally find the happiness she deserves as she has already given and done so much for the family
her parents gave their blessing telling her they will accept whoever she will choose to love
she finally told him, her great love, the truth about how she really felt
she waited for years to tell him this
but his mind and heart is now closed; there is no more room for her there
despite everything she has sacrificed and done for him, he doesn't see that.
he only remembers her leaving.
she offers to just disappear and not be a part of his life but he refuses.
she tries to be cordial and talk about everyday life situations yet now he keeps reminiscing, recalling the events in the past.
she will have to cross the road and move on, but she cannot get there
he is giving her mixed signals.
