And when she leaves them she makes sure she doesn’t look back. Not even her baby’s dad could make her stay.

They all asked her to come back, realizing her worth only after everything has been said and done.

But this one man is an exception. Her great love.

They were both so inlove. She could tell, by the way he stood up for her despite the complications with his family. It was them against the world and they were planning to run away from it all.

It was for a good reason—she had an angel come into the world at that time. And it wasn’t fair for her to ask him to step up to a responsibility that wasn’t his obligation in the first place. He also had dreams, and she couldn’t stand being in the way.

So she left him.

But to this day she regrets walking away. She only realized his worth after she had gone.

If it was another place, another time, they could have endured the challenges.

It pains her to think that he is so far away.

Everyday she wishes she could turn back time.

There are nights when she cries herself to sleep, dreams about him and wakes up crying still.

They stayed friends, through time and distance he has been there for her. She has just been in the shadows, helping him to achieve his goal. They once made a pact, that they will wait for each other no matter what happens.
